Rhodamine labeled HSA (HSA-RB) is one of SLT's fluorescent albumin conjugates that were labeled with red fluorescent dyes. HSA (Human serum albumin) is a serum albumin protein derived from human serum. HSA is a protein that has a molecular weight of 66.5 kDa. It is often used as a protein standard to quantify protein concentration. It also been widely used as an enzyme stabilizing agent. 

Rhodamine labeled HSA from SLT is a red fluorescent albumin conjugate that has a excitation/emission wavelength at 547/570 nm. SLT's HSA-Rhodamine conjugate is prepared by covalent conjugation of Rhodamine fluorescent dye to HSA molecules. Extensive purification process has been applied to remove any non-conjugated free dyes. These fluorescently labeled HSA conjugates can be easily detected by common fluorescent instruments such as fluorometer, fluorescent plate reader, fluorescent microscope or flow cytometer.  Rhodamine HSA conjugate is suitable for both in-vitro and in-vivo imaging applications.
